This course reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. It is likely that these individuals are establishing their own work performance.
Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

This qualification is delivered in a Blended Learning approach over 20 hours per week over a period of 52 weeks with 6 terms of study (6 weeks per term) and up to 16 weeks of holiday.

Assessment is structured throughout the course. If students are unable to achieve competency, additional support is provided through academic support and access to re-assessment as outlined in our policies and procedures. Students who complete this qualification can continue their studies by advancing to BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or any other relevant Certificate IV level qualification.
